BANK DEPOSIT

In order to ensure the validity of your reservation, you need to make a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your reservation, within 24h of your booking, in one of our bank accounts.

CANCELLATION POLICY

According to the CANCELLATION POLICY you have the right to get 100% refund of your downpayment, on condition that your reservation is cancelled 21 days before your arrival (the guest's arrival).
There will be NO REFUND in case the reservation is cancelled in less than 21 days, or if you (the guest) do not show up.
